A full-scale renovation of one story brick and bow-truss building with rooftop parking. We brought in additional sources of natural light, applied pops of color, and put in new bathrooms, kitchens, offices and conference rooms.

From the start, Emily understood our vision of creating a sustainable space and found ingenious ways to work with what we already had. Instead of replacing everything, she found creative solutions, like painting our cabinets a rich color to complement our retro ’80s blue Corian countertops.
