FOURTH STREET
A 1924 former paper company occupying 45,000 square feet that was lovingly renovated and reconfigured to appeal to a range of creative office users. We restored the original doors and windows, installed vintage stained glass on the second floor, and put in new bathrooms, kitchens, offices, conference rooms, and a co-working space.
What Our Clients Say
"I’ve been working with Emily since 2014. As a developer, I’ve come to rely on her as the secret weapon behind our commercial office spaces—both in LA and beyond. She has introduced me to some of the most talented creative collaborators I’ve ever worked with and effortlessly navigated every challenge, from coordinating muralists and lighting designers to custom metal workers and beyond.
Emily’s impact extends beyond my work—she has shaped the aesthetic of nearly every room in my home. She designed my screening room, guided me in collecting numerous works of original art over the past decade, and even planned and produced a few events for me.
She’s adaptable, wildly creative, and has an impeccable eye for color. Emily has a rare ability to translate abstract ideas into beautifully executed projects. She doesn’t just design—she curates, refines, and elevates. With deep roots in the art world, she brings in remarkable local artists and makers, adding layers of meaning and craftsmanship at every step.
Emily is sharp, efficient, and relentlessly hardworking. And beyond all that, she’s simply a blast to work with. I highly recommend her."
