A 1924 former paper company occupying 45,000 square feet that was lovingly renovated and reconfigured to appeal to a range of creative office users. We restored the original doors and windows, installed vintage stained glass on the second floor, and put in new bathrooms, kitchens, offices, conference rooms, and a co-working space.

From the start, Emily understood our vision of creating a sustainable space and found ingenious ways to work with what we already had. Instead of replacing everything, she found creative solutions, like painting our cabinets a rich color to complement our retro ’80s blue Corian countertops.
